Valentine's Day

Delivery Time: Our Delivery Timings on Valentine’s Day begin at 9:00 A.M. We cannot guarantee a specified delivery time, therefore we do not offer Special Delivery for February 14th, Valentine’s Day. However, we do pay special attention to time sensitive delivery locations such as Offices, Schools, etc. No phone calls or online chatting will be entertained on 13th and 14th.we are very sorry for the inconvenience. The delivery confirmation will be notified by e-mail.

Selection of valentine's day Gift: Flowers ordered from Valentine’s Day page will be Delivered on Valentines Day, February the 14th. Flowers ordered from Any Other Page will be delivered on February 13th or 15th .Due to the volume of orders it is necessary to streamline our production so we may provide a more efficient service to all our Valued Customers. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Orders will be confirmed and executed only after the full payment, according to the actual value of the order.

The website designed items are for United Arab Emirates delivery only. Please note that the add on items like chocolates, balloons, teddy bear and perfume gift packs will be delivered as per the picture in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman only. For other emirates the add on items might be substituted by other brands of the same value or higher value. Please use the International Design page or inquiry form for deliveries to other countries. All the items are delivered with a free Greeting Card suitable to the occasions with your messages. if you want to surprise the recipient with the gift, kindly mention the land line telephone number of the place of delivery or location map for the residence. The mobile number of the person always helps us to trace the person easily.

Only products shown in the official Valentines Day range are available to order for delivery on Friday 12/02/2016 and Saturday 13/02/2016 and Sunday 14/02/2016.if the products ordered by other page will be delivered on 15/02/2016. Sentiments Flowers always strives to do its best to deliver at the specified time. However there will be rare occasions that this cannot be accomplished due to circumstances beyond our control such as traffic conditions, very busy delivery schedules etc.

Due to great demand, we might not answer your calls and online chats for delivery confirmation on 13th and 14th feb-2016

All deliveries to a residential address are guaranteed to arrive by 8pm on 12/02/2016, 13/02/2016 and 14/02/2016.if the orders received by 13/02/2016.orders placed on 14/02/2016 are not guaranteed for same day delivery.

All deliveries to a business address are guaranteed to arrive by 6pm on 12/02/2016, 13/02/2016 and 14/02/2016. .if the orders received by 13/02/2016.orders placed on 14/02/2016 are not guaranteed for same day delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they check their invoice and confirm the name and address details of the recipient are complete and correct. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the recipient will be in attendance at the address at the time of delivery. As of 8pm (time in local delivery area), Saturday 13/02/2016, we are unable to make changes to any orders that are due for delivery on Friday 12/02/2016 & Saturday 13/02/2016 & Sunday 14/02/2016

By agreeing to Leave at front door this gives us permission to leave your entire purchased gift at the recipients front door or in the requested area.

If the delivery address changes then there will be additional charges of AED 100 will be charged.

We do not offer or guarantee any other requests for preferred times of delivery.

Delivery of orders to rural addresses, secured buildings cannot be guaranteed.

Sentiments Flowers will not accept responsibility for late or non- delivery of flowers due to the circumstances such as incorrect telephone numbers / addresses or if the recipient is not present at the time of delivery. However Sentiments Flowers will make three attempts to contact the recipient.

No cancellation is allowed on the day of delivery. However in some cases it will be at our discretion to arrange refund or to credit for the future order.

Should a particular item is out of stock, Sentimentsflowers.com reserves the right to replace it with an item of equivalent or higher value.

All the information required to process the order will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.
